The Golden Mean was used in the design of sacred buildings in ancient architecture to produce spiritual energy that facilitated connectivity with spiritual realms through prayer. Our reality is very structured, and indeed Life is even more structured. This is reflected though Nature in the form of geometry. Geometry is the very basis of our reality, and hence we live in a coherent world governed by unseen laws. These are always manifested in our world. The Golden Mean governs the proportion of our world and it can be found even in the most seemingly proportion-less (active) living forms.

Architecture Through the Lens of Fabrizio Raschetti
Fabrizio Raschetti captures the overlooked details of architecture in images that are stunning studies of composition, texture and color. Whether his focus is a stair wall tile pattern or a facade mullion arrangement the bold angles and saturated colors turn the mundane into works of art.
With the holidays cold, flu and family fighting season truly upon us, may I suggest that you arm yourself with this remedy:

While your Cloud of Protection may include eggnog infused with Bacardi 151 and non-stop refreshing of Instagram at the dinner table, mine includes this essential oil tincture that ‘fights airborne bacteria & viruses’ with eucalyptus while more importantly clearing negativity by filling the room with microscopic droplets of rose + vanilla scented good vibes.
Also ideal for air travel and stocking stuffing!
